Passport information for Italian Hotels – Crowdcube

In order to ensure an easy and quick check-in at the hotels that we are staying at in Italy, they have asked that we collect some information from all of our riders and support crew.

The information that they require includes your email address, postal address details and your passport details.  By completing and submitting this data, this will mean that the hotels can prepare the keys beforehand and check us in much quicker.
